Does anyone know if I can properly change the 09 fog lights for the hockey sticks???

 

The ones from W212 is possible to retrofit, yes, but it is not plug & play. You need to fabricate custom mesh and do some electrical work.

Carlsson has a plug & play DRL unit for W211. Don't know if it is possible to find in the US, but you can get it from a Benz dealer in Germany:

I was told to just buy the DRL's from my MB dealership and have it installed with a custom mesh.
