Acronyms: starting a list

Some of the more knowledgeable regulars here should start a list of all the acronyms used. ELM, DTB, SDS, etc. There must be hundreds. Very frustrating not knowing these when you're reading thru a post.

Example:

ELW - extended limited warranty

Maybe this already exists, but I couldn't find it.

Should be a sticky.

Why doesn't someone who knows a lot of them just make a list here and then others can add to it, and it will just keep growing and growing.

Once it gets pretty big, we can put it in ABC order so people like me can use it as a reference.

Funny

The latter. What does ELM stand for? Isn't in the database thread.
