Diagnostic issue Cps?
I having an issue tracking down this issue.
When I driving the car will stall then crank back up on it's own. you can feel the power just drop, the gauges light up, then the power returns, lights go away. It has died at a stop for no reason and had to start manually. No stumble no check engine light and fuel tank is full or half way or gas light is on
Only happens when I'm crousing and light on the throttle. Can never duplicate the issue and doesn't happen all the time but does enough to cause concern.
I have taking it in to the dealer. They say without a check engine or duplication, they can't do nothing.
I am leaning towards the crank position sensor but I wanted a second opinion before I shell out the
money for one. It is a 2007 e550
