hey guys,

just got a e500 2003, sport model with air suspension.

i got a couple of questions and fix to do,

first of all:

1. the needle of the speedometer is stock at 40 km/h.. what to do?

2. i need to change the armrest, cause the leather is *slack*, where to get a replacement at a cheap price..

3. the car has been sitting for a long time with no start, is it normal that the rear air suspension was all down... or there is some sort of leak?

In regards to question 3. That is normal. The car will sit when its not being used. My old E class did the same. If you start it up. It should slowly jump back to normal stance.

ps. is this a e55? or e500? I have never heard of a 2003 e550

There is no 2003 E550 Your correct fila 0220

You're probably going to need a new instrument cluster. I don't think a stuck needle is repairable. I'm sure a dealer will want to replace it. Try calling an independent mechanic and see what they say.
