10mmm-35mm, depending on the car, from what I was told.

i lowered my car till it cant go any lower....obv. i would NOT drive around like that lol

Did you lower it with Star? Did you also save the settings or did you just adjust the suspension level with Star as low as it would go? You should not be able to save the settings if the car is "too low" (unless you do it by adjusting the sensors instead of doing it with Star).

I own star and could not get my car lower than maybe 1/2". Keep in mind I have an E55 which is slightly lower to begin with. I ended up putting washers to lower it even more. Now it's perfect.
