DiscounttireS.com

Anyone use this? This isnt the same as Discounttire.com/Discount tire direct..; tire is plural.

I was looking to purchase some Conti DWS and this site is offering $13.40 off plus i found a $5 coupon code "SK002" which totals $18.40 discount. Their website looks decent but when i check out it looks like i won free gas or something. Just wondering if anyone had any experience?

I just used them to buy tires for my SL600. Saved $65 over tirerack. They ship out of California and it took about a week after ordering to get to the East Coast. Ordered on a Friday, got them the following Thursday. Whereas tirerack wouldve been on my doorstep the next day, since they have a warehouse in Deleware. I wasn't in a rush, since that's a part time car.

No problems though....

Thanks. I just placed an order with them. I saved $15 over discounttiredirect.com. Does tirerack have insurance anymore? I bought insurance and my total came $44 more expensive with insurance than without insurance on tirerack. I'll post again to follow up.

Tires came in as expected, but no documentation. I emailed them asking for documentation - original printed receipt and road hazard insurance certificates to me mailed to me. They sent me an email with their letter head and the explanation of the insurance/warranty. I mean i guess it works, but I'm the type of guy that like to have both hard copies and email because it's the only way for proof in case i need to repair the tire under the warranty.

Benz-O-Rama, did you get your documentation too?
