DIY 03 W211 Window Regulator Replacement
I searched but couldn't find a DIY thread for this so I thought I would take pics just in case.
Total job took me about 50 minutes and saved me a few hundred $$$. You will need a rivet cutting bit, large drill bit will work as well, I just didn't want to accidentally drill a little of the door.
I ordered the new regulator, it comes complete, ready to install, I don't remember if I had to order the 6 rivets seperately but they were in the box when I picked it up.
Here is a pic of the part ordered for my 03 W211 Sport. I paid $115 for the regulator.

You may want to disconnect the battery as I'm not sure what the air bag deployment risk is, I didn't do that but didn't think it would cause a problem, I just made sure the key was not in the ignition.
My reg. went out with the window in the down position so when I got in there I manually moved it back up to the mid way point.
The first thing I did was remove the hiden panel at the padded door handle. Insert your pry tool at the bottom and gently pry it out. Once out a little pull strait down and it will slide out to reveal two T-30 torx screws, remove them both.

Next, go the the larch mechanism and remove the small torx holding the cover. With the screw removed gently pull down and the beauty cover will pop off.

Move to the front of the door and locate the hidden panel in the picture. Insert your pry and gently pry open the back of the panel. Once open a little ways, you can slip your fingers in and give equal pulling pressure as you go around the edges, it simply pops off.
Once the panel is removed you need to locate another T-30 torx screw, remove it.
Locate the tweeter cover, gently slide it toward the back and pop it off, leave it hanging from the wire for now.

Remove door lock post.
You are now ready to remove the entire door panel. Use your pry tool at the bottom of the door, insert it between the metal door and the panel itself. You need to feel for the plastic snaps going into the door. Gently pry the bottom of the panel away from the door, it is just held on with these snap in pieces.
Once you have the panel loose and hinged at the top of the panel, gently lift strait up on the back corner of the panel, being careful to not let the panel fall once it is off.
Hold the panel there and move the top of the panel away from the door a few inches, not too far. Look down between the door and the panel, you should see the door handle wire attached to the handle. You will also see the wire comming out of a sleeve. Grab the sleeve a couple inches behind the connector, pull the sleeve back toward the back of the door, slidding the wire out more, this will allow the sleeve to leave the holder. Now lift the metal wire hook out of the clip.

While holding onto the panel you need to locate the black control module. I removed the airbag ribbon cable first, it was the large blue molex plug in the picture. Then remove the rest of the molex plugs. Once they are all unplugged you can set your panel aside.
Remove the control module, its held in with a couple plastic squeeze clips.
Unplug the woofer in the bottom of the door. Remove the speaker, it turns counter clockwise and comes right off.
You now need to gently undo the foam dust shield. Start at the bottom and try not to rip it.

At this point I had my daughter there holding onto the window to make sure it wouldn't slide down.
Unplug the window motor and remove the three torx screws holding it onto the regulator. Remove that motor.
Locate the 6 rivets holding the regulator to the door. There are two brackets, each bracket has two rivets at the bottom and one at the top. You can compare the new one out of the box with the one inside the door, notice how it is configured in the door.
Drill out the rivets but be careful to not make the holes in the door any bigger.

Once the rivets are out you need to locate the two brackets at the bottom of the window that are holding it to the bracket. You can see what they look like in the picture.
Loosen the two T-30 torx screws enough for the glass to slide away. Once loose just slide them down off of the glass, making sure your buddy has a good hold of it.
Remove the regulator/cables/brackets. T
