I don't know if this has been covered or if i am even posting in the right place. I am not good with computers. Any who, i just got my 06 E350 tinted today. They however did not want to tint the visor due to them being scared of hurting the rear view mirror. I am sure getting it a little wet wouldn't hurt it. Just making sure it was legit for them to go ahead and do it tomorrow.

A little wet is probably OK, but there's a few electronic things in there that might not be happy if you got them too wet.

I'd have them put a plastic bag over the mirror and secure it with a rubber band. It's a easy solution and should keep the goodies in the mirror dry.
