They say you can reuse your old sensors. Try to search that FIY thread. I am doing the same.

I didnt buy this bumper but the body shop that did my conversion was able to transfer over my parking sensors to an OEM E63 W211 front bumper. I did however, buy the 6 parking sensor brackets that go behind the sensor holes on the bumper but ended up not needing them. They said they were the same brackets for a 07-09 but might be needed for a 03-06 W211.
