Hi dsm2925,

does the rest of the seat's functions work? When activating the pulse massage it takes a few seconds until it starts. In the beginning my mother in law also had the feeling that pressing "pulse" wouldn't work. She was just sitting a bit too relaxed - the massage only works for your lower back.

Regards
Ruediger

You have to move the lumbar support more forward into your body's small of your back. (Like a fist in the small of your back.) The masage feature makes this fist go up and down about slowly with 3 inches travel via a motorized cam or some such nonsense. Its NOT a vibrating type of massage.

Your "fist" is not extended enough and is moving up & down inside the seat and since its not extended out far enough, you can't feel it on your back.

dont expect to much from it, the center lumbar support, imagine you adjusting it all the way in then out, that is all the pulse do, not much of a massage.

ya its not that useful the pulse function. the one in the S/CL/SL is better cause it does your upper back as well since the function for "under the thigh section" on the E version is replaced with "upper back adjustment" on the S/CL/SL since the thigh area on those seats can be adjusted back on forth making the bottom of the seat longer or shorter.

Exactly... a fist rolling up & down the small of your back only.

No, the dynamic mode is being stored to the settings of your seat's positioning. Set dynamic on, save the settings again and dynamic will be enabled each time you start the engine. And remember: the dynamic- and the pulse-button are lit by an LED when active. But anyways its good to hear your system works fine! Regards Ruediger

Sounds like you need to spend some time with your owner's manual
