Hi,

I have a 2003 E320 and my low beam, left is out. I tried switching the bulb and the thing that holds the bulb (the igniter I think it is, I will call it that from now on). The right one works with all the parts but the left doesn't. I tested to see if there was power on the line that is attached to the igniter. Can anybody tell me which part is the problem.

it could be the green cable is loose or not on correctly, or the ballast itself is out. I know for a fact that when I change my bulb to 6k, it was a pita, you have to make sure the wires are connect snug to the ballst and that the ballst is fully engauge or it will not light up.
