Want to lower, without compromising stock ride...what springs to get?
Just picked up a 2007 e350 sport w/ 18's. I want to lower a little, but really need to keep the smooth ride since I drive a lot. Any recommendations on springs? I am leaning toward Eibach springs since they seem to lower the car the least. I'm assuming the less I lower the car, the closer to stock ride I will get. Thoughts? Other recommendations?

No spring out there that will allow you to lower your car while giving you same comfort with stock, going from 16 to 18 inch wheels i felt difference in ride comfort. while car will look better you will notice some rougher ride especially going over bumps and rocks .

no way, imo with springs the drop isnt low enough to change the ride drastically.
the ride is essentially the same, i put in eibach springs and i think it rides better, i felt the oem setup was too soft. the springs go lower so the rates are usually a bit higher to help preserve the struts but nothing crazy.
going from 16's to 18's changed the ride because most likely you went smaller tires so you feel the road a lot more. you lose a lot of cushion when you go down in tire profile.
you'll be fine with springs op
