Are all the differences made in lighting contribute to the $40 lens change? I presume the painting is for cosmetics. do you have to take out the whole assembly to change the lenses? You said something about adjusting the angle, because it was too low. What are the chances I arbitrarily set it too high and people think that I have the high beam on? Thanks! The car and the lights look great, by the way.

Yeah just $40 change haha....Painting was for just looks. You would need to take apart the headlight and projector to access the lens part. Adjusting the lights is really easy

The most common method for swapping lenses is removing the headlight assembly and popping it in an oven on 220F for about 10 minutes and then pry is apart with a flat tip screwdriver. Its an easy enough process and the results are worth the cost and effort.
