is the new e320 selling as well as it should?

it has been mentioned on autospies that most e320 inventories are bulging and that good deals are to be had. My wife seems to like the new e-class and wants to lease one. My experience is with BMW and I haven't been able to find the residuals or current moneyfactors that are avaliable for the e320. I have spoken with soverign motors and they seem like they just want to get rid of their basic stock e320s they didn't even want to discuss the price for an e320 with the sport pkg. saying that demand is very high and price would like by $60 per month if i had got it. I would like and e320 with e1 e2 pkg heated seats and 6 disc for 580 permonth for 36months and 10k miles per year i am paying the 8.625 ny tax upfront is that too much to ask for?

from most of the posters here, only California is giving the really good deals on the E320. How many stock E320s did Soverign have? What's their price on them?

If you really want to figure out the best deal, you can download a lease calculator, check out autospies for current money factors, and residuals, and calculate what your cost would have to be to get it at your price. I've done this, and you can negotiate with dealers with this info.

For the record, you should be able to pay around invoice for the car, (which is about $3,000 off MSRP)Autospies and others say deals can be had for below invoice.

I would probably say it's true, since Premier Motors here in my city they have four 2004 E class left, and they are trying to get rid of it with discounts off the MSRP

Here are the current MBUSA incentives for the E320. If you were buying the car, you should get $1,500 to $2,500 off Invoice depending on whether or not you get a loan through Mercedes. I never lease so I don't know what the leasing deal is like.

When I bought my 2004 with similar incentives, I got $2K off Invoice paying cash.
