Need help! can't load a legit cd onto my music registery.
hello all! I'm new here having just purchased an 09' E350 Sport. I have been following the directions in my COMAND manual over and over but cannot load any of my music cd's into the hard drive. the "copy music" stays grayed out when I am in the music registry mode. can anyone help? Thanks!
