ABS,ESP and Brake service warning!

ABS,ESP and Brake service warning!
I got these warnings today and the abs light also lit up. The power steering also became heavier on the steering wheel at the same time and anti-spinn and ABS doesnt work. ANy ideas what this could be?

CLK 430 with CLK 55 AMG upgrades
My 2000 CLK 430 has the ABS Light on along with the "Break Assist" on the screen... The mechanic said it has to do with the breaks locking up when skidding. Does anybody know how much it costs to get this replaced or what it could be? Looking to sell my car but it has this problem. Idk how much to take off with this problem. Thanks. It's a nice car, perfect body, Red, Red seats, Pioneer stereo, rims, etc.
