Has anyone repaired the net behind the front seats?

Does anyone know how to remove the back panel on the front seats so I can access the mounting points of the magazine net or whatever its called on the backside of front seats, one side of the netting is just hanging from my kids pulling on it too hard and looks horrible. If I can open that seat panel I think I can place a piece of wood or plastic from the inside and screw the net back into place.

TIA

2 screws under the back of the seat - tilt the backrest fwd and you'll see the two Torx 20mm there. Panel pulls down and back.

HTH,
