Dealer Service Dept Props
Just wanted to give props to the service department at Larson Mercedes-Benz in Tacoma, WA. Took my 04 E500 that needed version coding for BT connectivity using the cradle replacer. They hooked up STAR Diagnostics and 'FITTED' the replacer to the COMAND at no charge to me. Normally a one-hour service fee was waived as a customer courtesy. Thought I'd pass along a positive customer experience.

If we're going to give cudo's.
MB of New Orleans has done a great job on my 2003 E500. True they had a lot of practice
on it, but they did great work and probably the best service dept of any vehicle brand I have used.
