2004 E320 advice needed

Hey guys i have questions and i need advice. Let me give you little history first. Less then a year ago i took my car to get alignment done and i was told that my rear sub-frame shifted and need to be adjusted. I ok the repairs total was around $600 and i was told that it was all taken care off. I know i was stupid i should have asked for alignment papers but i didnt. Well this winter i noticed my rear tires are almost gone without thinking anything i put a spare set of winter tires i had in garage. Well about month ago i took my car for regular service and they did complementary alignment check and once again i was told that alignment was off and that rear subframe needs adjustments. After little discount bill was $410. Service advisor assured me that everything is perfect now and he schedule another appointment which was yesterday to double check and make sure everything is perfect. well yesterday i took my car in again well what do u know alignment is still off and service advisor that was working with me wasnt working yesterday. Now they say they need to replace control arms and they want me to pay for parts and they wont charge me for labor. parts are around $560.

Any help on this would be appreciated

I am sorry you have had no one get back to you.

The cost seems excessive to me.
Do you see any oil or grease leaking from the swing arm bushings?
Nose or squeaking when you push down on the back of the car?
Look under the car rear at the lower swing arm bushing at the body undercarriage there is a slotted adjustment. Does it look damaged or like there is slippage in the slot (ie shiny metal) ?

There is no leaks at all, Dealer wants to replace both control arms in front but they are not sure if thats a problem since both control seems ok and they are not bend, at this point i think dealer doesnt know what is wrong and they are just guessing
