I own a 2004 E500 and have been looking for a mesh grille with the star on it like they have for the M class. I did a search on the forum and all over google but can't seem to find any for sale.

Does anyone know if they make a mesh grill for the w211? Any idea where I can buy one?

I have the mesh for the lower bumper and you would think they would have an upper grille to match......

I've looked through ebay and they don't have any mesh type grilles. Most are the CL types. I would like a polished mesh billet type grille.

Most of the aftermarket grills are the same horizontal bars like ours with the star in the middle. I haven't seen any that are a full mesh.

That is a Asanti grill, I would imagine you can find them or order them from any custom wheel shop. Maybe Asanti direct, check the site.

That billet one in particular, looks f*!$ing horrible. Personally, I think the "CL Style" grille looks terrible as well.

I would keep it stock or black (depending on the color of the car). A black grille on the face lifted 211s make it look like theres a HUGE hole in front of the car.

Don't do it kensiko. Keep it stock, or get the matte black/gloss black stock grille.

Yeah, for sure. That **** doesn't even flow, it looks so ugly on 211s.

Nah, I don't have a link. But check eBay from time to time and you'll come across black face lift grilles. I think gloss black grill would look sick on your color.

I have a white 09 211 so I'd get the stock grille without the badge on the grille surround, but haven't found one yet. Black grille just looks weird on 2007-2009 white 211s..but they look sick on grey.

I can't agree with you more 09W211, the mesh grille looks absolutely terrible and is embarrassing to say the least. Hideous, reminds me of the **** people do to their Chrysler 300s. The ones with the star in the grille are also terrible looking IMO, but I would agree either stock or a blacked out gloss grille would look fantastic.
