Just picked up a 07 e550
Hello All,
I just moved over to the Mercedes world from Lexus. I tell you its a big difference. I have had the car three weeks now and still learning it. I took these quick pictures yesterday. I will search the forum before I start asking questions.

Congrats and nice interior color! I think it is classier than black.
Your E550 likely has a lot more power than your Lexus. You will love the extra power of the V8. Enjoy it and until you get used to it, don't go crazy with it though.
It took me a few weeks to "learn" to drive the car gracefully and how to smoothly tap into the extra power when needed without drama. On the plus side after you get acquainted with the car it is so docile and easy to manage.

Thank you. the color combo is one of the reasons I chose this one.
You are soooo right. I had a GS430 and I thought was pretty quick, do to the size of the car. I was wrong big time This car takes off....
So, yes I'm going to take my time and learn this car. I'm in no rush.
