Camber kit for W211?
Thinking of lowering my car with 19's or 20's in the near future my question is can I get a camber kit for this car front and back. I don't want to be buying tires every 6 months cus of improper wheel alignment. Thanks for any response.

The camber is ok, the toe is what really is going to eat your tires
I don't think you'll be dropping your car enough to have enough camber to make it a major factor in premature tire wear
But I don't think they make camber arms for our cars, but when you take it to get an alignment just tell them to fix the toe at least

Only the front camber is adjustable per MB. The camber adjusting bolt part number is A000 330 0018. You will only need 2 for camber adjustment. If you need to adjust caster also, you will need 4. (this is unlikely unless you have some minor damage or bushing wear)
The rear wheel camber could be adjusted from looking at it. It would require some work, but it could be done. MB doesn't support any sort of adjustment option and the repair manual states, "if rear camber is out of specification, inspect suspension for damage and replace damaged parts".
The rear camber on mine after lowering it was just barely out of factory specification (.010 negative) so I didn't bother with it.
I used the Eibach Pro Kit. PN# 2581-140. NOPI had the best price I found. The drop with the Eibach springs was almost exactly 1". With the MB camber bolts my front wheel alignment was within factory specs with the rear just barely negative, and the ride quality is very good.
Here's a picture of my front wheel before and after the Eibach spring install.

I just posted a thread on camber kits including an application for the W211.
