Tire Pressure on 18" 's HELP!

For anyone who has changed to 18" wheels and tires....what are you guys running in terms of tire pressure on the front and back tires?

I've tried to get info. but to no avail. The mannual is of no help, and the dealership is telling me 5 diffrent things from 5 diffrent guys. I'm running 18" AMG Style IV wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Any help would be great!

Yyzmb, if you want to run on factory recommended pressures, suggest you post an inquiry on the W211 E55 board to ask what are the recommended pressures as it appears on their owner's manual or what is stickered behind the fuel access lid.

As normal factory pressures are likely to be biased more on comfort than performance, I would recommend you start +6PSI and work your way down. Right now, I have 33PSI (Frt.) and 34PSI (Rear). Just make sure you do not exceed the maximum inflation pressure set by the tire manufacturer.

If you just want a normal ride, stay with the recommend factory tire pressures. Good luck.
