so i have been debating on getting exhaust on my base E
i want a raspy sound like the exhaust without resonator
im trying to decide if it is worth it to get something like e55 mufflers and put in x pipes to delete resonators
my dilemma first off is of course the sound, e55 with deleted resonators is a super charged v8, much different than just a the 6 cylinder in mine
will just putting an x pipe on my vehicle give me the raspy sound? or will the e55 mufflers make a big difference in how sounds vs just my stock mufflers?
i'm putting on a amg rear bumper, i needed the exhaust to fill the spaces in the bumper first off but figured maybe i can just buy oem mufflers get the sound and get the spaces filled, but not sure if it is worth the money vs just buying tips and throwing an x pipe using my stock exhaust.
suggestions, comments please
thanks

Exhaust
I have the '55 mufflers/tailpipes, Secondary cats and resonator deleted, 2.5" piping all the way from the front and a Magnaflow X-Pipe.
it sounds AMAZING...especially for a v6 (and I have the "little" one).
Absolutely no rasp whatsoever..actually deep and a bit warbly on idle and upto about 3000 RPM and then quite loud but not ricer loud..a bit difficult to describe..
