BADGES? We don't need no stinkin' BADGES!

Now here's what we were saying. Originally I had E500 and KLEEMANN (see pics) But the KLEEMANN badge was applied crooked at the shop. I couldnt stand it anymore and took it off. Then I kept getting questioned on why i would put an exhaust on an E500?. SO i changed it to E50 K (aka Kleemann E500) K for Kompression. Now I get asked "Whats that?"
My friend was suggesting E500 K as well. I'm trying to stay unique

RE: Pose much?

Not sure what you mean.
If having the only Kleemann E500 in The US. is posing then I guess Im friggin Milli Vanilli

If having the same boring assed stock MB is your idea of "Keeping it Real" then by all means drive the same car as your neighbor.
However isn't buying a car because someone else has one posing? Or is that just conforming to your "reality"?

Anyway have fun chopping down other people for thinking outside the box.

O and BTW WTF are you doing on this W211 forum? O yeah.."keeping it real" (Drives: 2011 E5504M, 2012 CLS63P30)

Easy there kids..A stock car does not have to be boring.
(Think Veyron, or E-63 Wagon)

As far as posing and E-50 (K)

Jeez, as a previous gentleman said: I don't understand your thinking.

I don't either, why spend money and time to make a fine E-500 look like a high performance E-55...?

1) Who cares..? Nobody because 99.9% of the population can't tell the difference and the rest don't give a damn.

2) Your car may loose value when it is time to sell, unless you get a pimp buyer or a 16 year old who ain't got no clue.

I wonder if thats what the Guys at Kleemann , Brabus and Renntech are thinking.
O yeah thats what they DO. Aftermarket performance.
And you're correct WHO CARES? YOU DO! Or you wouldnt comment.
I bought my E500 and decided to do something No-One has done (not in the US anyhow). Why the heck would I want to sell it? BTW ANY E500 (w211) from 03-06 has dropped in price. Notice you paid 55-60K in 03-4 for a car worth 15 now. Blow it out your Wagon driving *** plz. You're just mad because your car makes you feel OLDER. Mine gives me a friggin WOODY when I run it. ANY OTHER COMMENTS?

Doesn't need to be Sir... it's MY cup of tea

Funny how a (Faux 55) gets a thumbs up tho.. Mine is supercharged and fully loaded by the nice folks at Kleemann.

Hey no offense to the e55 ish body kit and badges guy.I enjoy modifying my vehicles as well. Stock and stock looking are just that. Out here in vegas every shmo in my neighborhood drives some sort of nice vehicle. and every shmo with a w211 whether its a 350 or 500 has 2 things if any..aftermarket wheels and tint..(mandatory in vegas) Thats is it..otherwise its the Stepford Benz's.
All stock..all having 4 inches of wheel gap and all boring. No offense to your "cup of tea" sir but I can see thru both of those vehicles in your pic.
Great car tho..but i like to pick my nose in private

I know I'm quite late on this response but that's awesome! I love this area of Colorado perfect balance of interesting things to do, generally quiet, family oriented, and great schools. If you're ever in the area with your Benz we need to go on a drive with the MBWorld community here. Great people!

@kompression and @MPOW33R both sick cars, was thinking about doing what compression did to his car, I don't understand what everyone else is talking about. I'm sure the kleemann upgrades makes the 500 boogy like no tomorrow. I was you put up a video. Sick work, I always thought about doing this kleemann conversion and its good to see somebody in the usa already did it.

wow, man, you are trying to use logic eh?
and no, I don't 'keep it real' LOL, as I don't care what my neighbor drives......in fact they are more interested in what I am driving
thinking outside of the box is something I do well..........but you seem to be thinking about a box......when in fact there is NO BOX....

and what is your fascination about 'keeping it real' what does that mean exactly?? in your "reality?"
and as far as coming to this thread, not only is it right under 'my' thread it also shows up on the homepage guy, you know? like the rest of all the new threads-when they're new......
also, neither one of my cars are stock LOL

kompression sounds like a total douche. Who cares that you spent X amount on Kleeman upgrades in hopes to run on par with a stock AMG. Guess what? E55s came stock with a supercharger and most likely cost less than an E500 with Kleeman updates. People who buy these ridiculous upgrades and rub it into others' faces usually try to compensate for an unfortunate size of their reproductive organs.

By the way, I am 22 and specifically bought a Wagon over the sedan version. The look on people's faces when they get their doors blown off by a station wagon is far more satisfying than having a KLEEMAN logo on my car. In the end, I guess everyone wins. You compensate for w/e you need to compensate for, Kleeman stays in business, and the rest of us get a good laugh.

On topic: I think the conversion looks good. Not really something I would have done because I like to keep my cars stock. The only upgrade that I truly liked is the COMMAND with Navigation as I don't have that in mine.

Are you f****** new here or something? First off Kompression is a very helpful member - I always love hearing from and is far from a douche so lay off, because there's no reason to go attacking him for modifying his car. No **** that E55s came with a supercharger stock, you don't think we know that? Ask yourself did he buy an E55? NO. That's the point in modifying your car, putting money into it so you can have something unique that is fast but YOU made it that way.

The irony is that you came here to act better and belittle him on a build thread HE started for HIS car, simply because you own a wagon that you "specifically bought" and you somehow write the law on what is rewarding and what is not when it comes to cars.

Stop slamming your "reproductive organs" in the dresser drawer every morning. Everyone has different tastes, it's not your car and it's not your money. Simple as that and while this is a forum, no reason to attack a guy for slapping a supercharger on his E500 which in my mind is pretty damn cool.

Wow. I guess when kompression rolls over another forum member (NorseWagon) for having an opinion all is forgiven, but when I say something in support of him, I am the one who is attacking? You are just as delusional as a female during that time of the month. This IS a public forum and I was not the one to start belittling anyone. Again look at what he posted above before you jump out and pretend to be a knight in shining armour saving innocent forum members. "My car gives me a woody while yours makes you feel older" and "blow it out of your wagon driving ***" are not douchy comments at all. I don't know what the hell I was thinking. I would like to change that from "douchy" to cool.

Oh, and I think you are the new one here as MPOW33R started the thread, unless kompression was the one who worked on MPOW33R's car, I'd like to politely tell you to f#ck off. Also, your definition of "irony" is flawed at best.

Again, I never attacked kompression for "slapping" a supercharger on his car. 70% of U.S. economy relies on consumer spending, so if anything, I'd like to thank him for doing so. It's his attitude toward other members is what bothered me. Forums are for exchanging ideas and knowledge, not for "Hey everyone, look at me, I have an AWESOME car, everyone who doesn't agree with me can blow it out of their asses."
