I'm selecting options for a new E and the MB website only demo's how the keyless go unlocks the car. Does it also lock it when you leave the car???

No, you must push a button on the handle to lock the car.

Since the receivers can tell when the key is in close enough proximity to unlock or start the car, I have always felt that MB should have built in a modality for the car to lock once the sensors see that the key is out of range. Too bad they missed this trick.

wow, never thought of that, thats a really good idea man. that would of been cool.....but the only problem would be like, if a door is open or something, then you wouldnt really know, but maybe with the new S they should do something like that
