Pano roof & headliner removal?
I've used the search features of this & other MB owner's forums, but can't find anything beyond diagnosis of the problem. We all know the problem. I need info on how to repair it.
I'm having issues w/ the pano roof on my 2006 e350 4matic. Motor clicking & only moves a few inches... & the screen won't close.
I'm looking for an exploded view of the headliner &/or sunroof cartridge assembly so I can replace the motor & service the tracks as necessary.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If you arent a hands on type of person, I would leave it to a shop with experience. I took off my headliner when I painted my car and it was a pain in the ***!!! All the pillar panels need to be removed and there are ALOT of wires up there. I actually had to remove the driver seat to pull the headliner out of the car.
