Wagon rear shade - beginning to think I'm an idiot
Hi,
I can't get the cargo shade off the rear seats. The manual says slide to the left and remove. It slides about two inches to the left, stops cold and will not budge in any direction, except to slide back to its original position. What am I doing wrong?
Huge, huge thanks.

It takes a lot of brute force on mine:
Once I have yanked and tugged it to the left as far as it will go, I have to slug it away from the seatback very firmly with the palm of my hand. I have to do this freqently because of hauling things for the grandkids (youngest grandson born a week ago).

Away from the seatback --
You will have to have leaned the seatback at least part way forward to move it sideways, so if you've got forward enough to be almost horizontal, slap it upward.

I had the same problem. You cannot pull it to the left -- just requires too much force. You need to be on the right side of the car, with the seat backs and seat bottoms all properly folded down. Then, push toward the left by pressing on the roller end. It just moves a couple of inches, then it will be free of the clips and it will release.
