I am in the market for a new car. I have a ML, and it is time to change. I have read that there are some good deals to be had on 2003 E-Classes, is that true? I was thinking about getting an E500. Are there and good lease deals for an E500 with E2 and E3 packages?

Deals can be had. around invoice on sale price, plus or minus $1,000 depending upon your location/options. IMHO, it is better to lease an '04 at this time of year, as residuals on an '03 will be lower pricing should be within $1,000-$1,500 difference between years.
