I don't see a dollar value in that link...or is it visible when you send the info?

After you provide the data, it gives you a link to print out a coupon. The coupon dollar amount is not visible until you actually print the coupon. Mine was good for $100 on a minimum $200 service. I don't know why they do it this way. Hopefully, your coupon is enough to fix the Keyless Go issue.

I suspect it has to do with how much you spend. Last year I didn't spend much and got the $75. This year... wrote a big check to MB... so I get $125.

Only a $25 coupon for me. Could be that I have had my '09 E350 serviced elsewhere all these years (that would be me). But hey $25 is $25. Timing is good as I'm going in for dealer service Monday. Here's what MB of Midlothian VA is doing:

Transmission Flush including Torque Converter $351 + tax

4 Wheel Alignment $139 + tax

Some things are best left to the dealer in my opinion.

I got one for $125 several weeks ago and wasn't looking forward to using it until I had an fuel injector on my E320 CDI fail that had to be replaced. Eased the pain a little.

Spent over $10K at the local Fort Lauderdale MB dealer the last 3 years on service and repairs.

Guess that was peanuts and my business should go somewhere else.

Maybe they give more for those that have spent less. I got a $125 coupon and have spent $70 dollars for a wheel alignment in 2012 which was reduced from $120 with a dealer coupon. Dealer charges prior to that were early 2011 for about $400.

Go figure?????

7 Days a week fully manned svc Dept down here on all Autonation owned stores. (all but 2 MB Dealers within a 2 Hr Drive). Great for convenience but no competition between Autonation dealers on price for anything. All the same price... High.

A new Benz is $1000 cheaper on Long Island than down here. & Service is almost always List Price, never a usefull coupon or promo on service. Even tho SA's have a little discretion on price, they don't use it.
