audio problem 2003 w211
I am having problems with my sound on my 2003 w211 e270 cdi.
The sound from the audio 20 cc A 211 820 08 79 sometimes disappears although "mute" does not display on the head unit. The head unit displays as normal and I can interchange between cdc,tape and radio as usual just there is no sound from the speakers.
I have also noticed when this occurs and if I make or receive a phone call with parrot CK3100 the audio 20 display doesn’t change to mute for the call it just displays as usual.
This is an intermittent problem and only happens when engine is running, if I switch off engine when the problem occurs the sound returns immediately.
Can anyone help me figure this out please?

Same problem with my 04 E55. I don't have parrot but the radio sometimes mutes briefly and when playing a CD it pauses. Hopefully someone on here can help?
