Vibration over 50 MPH - Developed Suddenly
I was driving along at 60 or so MPH when I had to slow down almost to a stop because of a fender bender in front of me. As I slowed, I noticed the steering wheel became "looser"-feeling than usual. When I accelerated back up to speed, I suddenly started hearing a vibration as if the windows and/or sunroof were open - but they weren't. The steering continued to feel sloppy, and the sound got marginally worse as I drove a few more miles.
I checked the tire pressure - it is fine. An alignment hasn't been done in a while, and I don't remember any suspension parts ever having been replaced - at least not in a LONG time. (Other family members drive this car often, but they can't remember any suspension repairs, either.)
What should I check?
Edit: This car doesn't have Airmatic.

Bad/warped rotors can cause vibration/shaking when braking. But not when accelerating.
Best thing to do is take it to a shop, have them put it on a lift and visually inspect all of the suspension components for any play.

If all was fine before this incident, not convinced balancing will resolve matter nonetheless, this would be a good time to “road force balance” tires/wheels http://www.gsp9700.com/. In addition, have front axle and steering box inspected (see diagrams).
