E240 Very Rough Idle

E240 Very Rough Idle
I have a friend of mine have the E 240 bought it few days ago and its rough idle
and comes with very bad smell from the exhaust i scan the cars for cods and it reads several cods form misfire to MAF hot film all was changed at a dealer but the car still the same, today i opened the Hood and i found this tube broken,
by the way the car first start on the morning is good after few seconds the problem come back again.
while engine worm its hard to start also i have to push the Gas pedal to make it start
