Pump whining type noise at cold

Hi All:

Any thoughts would be appreciated. I have a 2006 E500 4Matic and I am hearing a whining noise coming from the passenger side front somewhere when I am turning slightly left only. It only happens at cold and disappears once the car warms up. I don't hear the noise when I turn right. I hear it when I have the wheel turned about 3-5 degrees left.

I recently had the transfer case fluid changed and had the power steering fluid level checked and it is full.

Thoughts?

Thanks.
