2010 E550
Question E500 Alignment
Just put on AMG 18's non- staggered with 245 40 18 Michelin Pilots in place of my stock 17's and 245 45 17 Continentals. Before I did not have the problem of drifting to the right. Now it seems I do.

Would the Wheel Tire change cause the need for an alignment? Any other suggestions?

Yes, when you change wheels/tires....the car should get an alignment.

It should solve your drifting issue.
