To date, kbb doesn't list trade-in or private party blue book values for '03 MB 
however their new car pricing when combined with thier 'Market Conditions" section becomes a reliable tool for '04 shoppers. According to kbb there will be little or no price increase on the new '04 models. So, when cross referenced with the 2004 Options For W211 Cars @ https://mbworld.org/forums/showthrea...threadid=48829 (comparing '03 options to new '04 packages) you can come up with an excellent starting point to begin negotiations.
