Question Ticking/clunking noise in Passenger side

Lately I've been hearing a weird clunking or ticking noise come from under the hood on the passenger side... It can been heard from inside the car if you turn off the music and listen very carefully.... It can also be heard from the front right tire. Keep in mind the video makes the boise seem louder that what it really is but its still noticeable to the naked ear. I'm completely lost on what is may be. Some say its natural activity from the valves. The car has 88k miles on it but its a pretty good condition for an 08'. Hope it's nothing to serious... Any advice and input is welcomed. Theres a video below that ive recorded. Thanks guys.

I had a noise similar to this that would happen under acceleration and it turned out it was a faulty ignition coil. If you have a faulty coil (even if the check engine light doesn't come on yet) sometimes it can cause premature ignition and create a similar sound. Vettdvr is probably right, though.

I would get it at least checked out. Go to an independent Mercedes mechanic and have them diagnose it, that would be the cheapest way. I know Fila is in Queens I'm not sure if he has a good indie or not. Better be safe than sorry, because needless to say that noise shouldn't be there.
