Source for Tow Hook Eye
Does anyone know place to get a reasonably priced replacement Tow Hook (eye) for a 2004 E500 4-matic? Ours has gone missing since it was last towed when the CPS sensor went bad and left us on the side of the highway.
Is there a standard thread size and length that could be substituted with an eye/hook from somewhere like a hardware store?

Thanks! I'll take a look around there. I lived in MD for several years and can say Illinois isn't much better with front plates (Once got a $75 ticket stuck to the car for "no front plate" while parked in the O'Hare Airport long term parking lot).
