Service Question (07 e550)
I've been doing some searching and read the manual and can't find the definite answer for this. My car says Service F - 10,200 miles. Does that mean that's the next big service done at the dealer or just the oil change? I kinda want to change the oil on it, i bought it about a month ago and don't know how long this cars usually go in between oil changes. I'm no car noob, i just wanna understand this car a little more. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

My car didn't go into the service menu with the outside temp on display like it mentioned on the link you provided, it did it with the miles display (weird?) Anyways, i went in it and it said the same thing. Next service 10,200 miles.
