Question about Service - 07 E350
I have a MY07 E350 and I did my first service (service A) at 7717 miles. Now at 111xx miles its telling me I need a C service in 11 days. My first service was done last April. How does this FSS figure out when to bring in for service and for which service to do? Also what would a service C entail?
Thanks

Well I got into the service menu by using the following steps:
- Switch ignition on (position one);
- MPH display;
- Press the trip odometer reset knob three times consecutively (Voltage display appears);
- Select the Service menu with the + or – button;
- Service indicator displays items (1 – 14);
- Press the menu systems button until the MPH display appears.
and found that its calling for items 2, 9, 12,& 14.
Questions:
-Do I really need to change the combo filter at 111xx miles?
-Does the brake fluid need to be replace with only 111xx miles?

Combo filter probably doesn't need replacement at this time. Brake fluid is recommended to be done every 2 years. When MB paid for the maintenance they were kind off lax in replacing it; i.e. they replaced it in conjunction with a service but not necessarily at the 2 year mark. What is the build date of your E; should be on the door sticker?

Is there a way to clear the service display indicator when you're in that display, or do you need a code reader for that?

Oil change every 13000 miles or 1 year (whichever comes first), additional work assigned by elapsed time and mileage service sheet recommendations (see post #4).
MY 05 to present actually not FSS but MBMS (MB Maintenance System) service is not based on oil quality but rather fixed intervals - alphabetic designations (C….H) do not represent minor or major services more commonly known as Service A and Service B instead, these codes strictly represent an estimated amount of time required to perform the corresponding service (i.e.: . A = approximately 1 hour, H = 8 hours).
