Bilstein Shocks to replace Airmatic?? Anybody ever used them??

I see on ebay they have Bilstein 24-120234 shock absorber for CLS n E class. On Bilstein's site, they claim this shock can be used on 2003-2009 cls and e class.

http://cart.bilsteinus.com/product/24-120234/188408/RWD

Has anyone ever installed these shocks? They appear to be nonairmatic but dont include a spring or have a mount for a spring. I contacted the ebay seller and others but nobody knows for sure if this will work as a replacement for the airmatic oem shocks. I'm guessing they have to be since Bilstein lists that they work for those years but I've searched the internet and not found any information of anybody installing these shocks.

Thanks

Yes you can, but you will need to buy springs too and modify or purchase rear lower control arms, plus you have to purchase front top shock mounts that hold the spring and the shock together. I am installing Bilstein B8, which are shorter version of B6 tomorrow w/H&R springs.

No, I do not have Airmatic, but I read that people did this on E class w/it. Here is the info:
