Remote/ Smartkey for my windows and moonroof

I noticed my remote/ smartkey won't roll up the windows, or open and close my moonroof as it used to do the "SUMMER WINDOWS FUNCTION FEATURE". The passenger side works but with only one key, drivers doesn't work at all. Is there some sort of part that goes bad or that receives the signal and isn't working, or someone get me a part number. Thanks!!

you don't really need the vin.

Its most likely the IR sensor in the door handle. You can replace this fairly easily, but really, its a pretty useless feature and even when its working well, the range is not very good.

I have P2 with the keyless go, and this feature is almost 100% worthless, as the key has to be VERY close, and the angle has to be just right. I've gotten it to work maybe once or twice.

As for the guy worried about impressing people, think how impressive it'll look when you stand there like a dumbass holding your key button down as you inch closer and closer to your car, only to have to eventually get in, power up the electronics and manually roll everything up/down.
