2003 E320 Radio buttons not working, no heat..HELP!!
i just got a 2003 Mercedes E320. Everything was working fine until 2 days ago the radio buttons stopped working so I can only use the volume controls on the steering wheel. Its stuck on cassette setting and will just play the cassette thats in there. Also noticed there is no hot air coming out when the heat is on. Are these two problems related? I checked fuses for radio and they are ok....PLEASE HELP!!

The heater issue may be the heater control valve.

Thanks for the post about the heater control valve, but is it possible these two problems are because of a bad fuse/relay? The heat and radio were working fine a few days ago so I'm thinking the problem is related somewhere because both happened about the same time.
