I just noticed this on the e class.....but im not sure wht it is???

ive circled it in the pic below.....can someone plz tell me wht it is?

btw - this car belongs to bmms8 and it has electric seats! n i cant think wht it can be

lol, thats two times today ppl have used my car

its for lumbar support, so you can stiffen the back part of the seat, or loosen it i believe, to me it really makes no difference.

Lumbar support I suppose--heck even my Jetta had THAT I wish there was some way you could automate that damn thing. That has to be one of the most annoying and difficult controls of all time. Benzes have had these for years, if not decades.

that's a lumbar support.. but for me its' really no use.. i can't feel the difference when using it or not!!!

This reminds me of one real nice thing about the MultiContour Seat option... the electic dual lumbar supports. I find them very helpful in adding comfort to my seating position, especially on long trips.

The rest of the adjustments sort of make a difference but are not that impressive.

The only two that really count are the lumbar and under-thigh adjustments.
