ABS/BAS/ESP Warning

ABS/BAS/ESP Warning
I am currently getting errors for ABS/BAS/ESP and the car will not shift out of first gear.
I did a search and replaced the main battery and the brake light switch which are the only two solutions I can find here and the problem hasn't changed at all.
Does anyone else have any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?
I have a 2003 E320.

It sucks because quite literally every single thread I found with someone stating the same issue I have it was either the brake light switch (By far the most common) or the main battery. I guess I'm the lucky one that gets the mystery problem.
I will say that I have been less than impressed with Mercedes' build quality. For cars that are supposed to be some of the best built in the world their reliabilityis definitely lacking, they spend an exorbitant amount of time in the shop, and their repair costs are exponentially higher than other vehicles. At this point in time I cannot imagine a scenario where I'll buy another Mercedes, I'd much rather have a car that may not have all the toys but will actually work as an automobile when I need it to.
