strut replacement for 2007 e5504matic
my car after hitting a pot hole last month that blew out the drivers tire,now has the drivers side front sagging and im now getting the car too low signal.
i have read about replacing them myself, are there any special tools or tips?
the dealer recomended that the car needed the cars computer to be reprogrammed after, is that necessary

I didn't replace it myself, went to an independent shop. I second the Arnott Industries parts as they are lifetime warranty and ship fast, plus you get a rebate for sending in the old cores. Please note though, do it properly and spend the money to replace both front shocks (always to be replaced in pairs) to avoid future cost and mishaps.
