What type of spark plugs do i need?

What type of spark plugs do i need?
I am currently overwhelmed with information on this. Everywhere I read it says different things.

I have a 2004 mercedes benz e320 4 matic.

I bought the spark plug wires already the OE ones that are bosch. I just need the spark plugs now.

I would prefer to pick them up from an autozone.com or advancedautoparts

Some say NGK are better Than bosch some say otherwise. I am so confused

I use NGK in my E500 and E350 and in my GMC Suburban. when I had my BMW I also used NGK.
