Dash Clock Problem

This morning, I noticed that my clock was delayded. When I started the car, It synchronised with the head unit. I drove the car for 3 hours and the clock was delayde by 20 min.

Is this problem already known ?

My E500 is one of the very first dating from April 02.

I did have this problem on my original car. They replaced the "head control" module (I think). It was the whole instrument panel. If it makes a difference I can look up the service order and tell you exactly what they replaced.

If you have time. It would be interesting to know exactly what part they did change because I have doubt on the MB service investigation skills in France...

The service order reads:

"Replaced Cluster and performed version coding."

"546023 Instrument Cluster - Complete Replacement"
