Tire Pressure Variance on E500
Can someone give me a logical explanation as to why there is a 7psi difference between front and rear on my 03 E500 ? I have the standard 17" rims on the OEM Conti's
Gas Cap inner states
26-F 33-R for driving under 75mph
29-F 36R for driving over 75mph
I am assuiming that it might be the added weight of the engine?? Also what tire pressure are most people running on that stock setup?

Interesting...
...since my gas cap states 26/32 for under 100 mph, and 29/35 for 100+... and I have the Conti's as well. Wassup with that?!?
Anyway, I normally drive with 29/34 based on the fact that I think the car handles well with this combination... but when the dealer recently did an alignment, the vehicle was returned to me with all tires inflated at 36, so go figure.
