Phone survey: Had my chance and I choked!!!
Just got a call from a company doing surveys for MB owners that lasted about an hour. some interesting stuff asked. But when he asked what I didn't like or anything i'm unhappy about, I choked!!!
LOL, I couldn't come up with anything. If you guys want to give me a 1 week suspension, I would understand. I was thinking of all you guys here and all the threads and I went blank. After a few more questions, things started to come back so I told him to go back to that question. I told him bluetooth would be nice, and he said "yeah, a lot of people are saying that". I then gave him the list : pulling, motor mounts,...blah, blah, blah. Some things he asked and how I would rate from 1 (not important) to 10 (very important) if available.
1. Sleep detection system
2. Multi-contour headrests
3. shift buttons on steering wheel (only, or have both. Wheel and console)
4. A more "sporting" automatic trans. but "less comfort"
5. Further reduce back seat room, for more trunk space
6. run flat spare
7. diesel/hybrid
I can't think of anything else now, also lots of questions about instrument placement, and how many times do I use certain features.
